Found a Tiger in the wild

Looks to be a Mark II. Rarest version of the Tiger and that wheel arch and rocker trim is exclusive to it, very hard to find and expensive. I would absolutely inquire about it. Good luck!

That sounds exciting! Wikipedia says only 633 were made. Know anyone who would want to buy one or any idea what it's worth?
 
I don't know anyone who's looking, perhaps someone who sees this will. Perfect, concours-condition cars generally bring up to around $150,000; not sure what one in "driveway find" shape would be worth. I'm far from an expert on them but hopefully more knowledgeable folks will chime in.

Anything that has been sitting, regardless of provenance, has half a century of unknown issues to deal with. Without fail, 100% of investment will yield less than 40% return. Tread carefully.
 
GentlemanShark .... The value comes down to what someone is prepared to pay. From the 2 photos you posted it lools as if the front of the sill on the left side has been poorly repaired at some point...but it might be the stainless sill trim is loose or not fitting giving the impression that the profile isnt curving upwards.

Also i note the car appears to be running what look like genuine 15" minilites which is a more recent thing in the tiger world.. Last 10 years or so... So that makes me wonder when it was last mobile

Ultimately it depends what you want out of the car.. A good project or just to flip it .

Don't believe EVERYTHING you read on Wiki, 633 is not a supportable MK2 number!

...you have to read the notes within Wiki to get SOME of the correct info....

Getting the VIN Number , tranny number and rear end number would be a Good starting point , has the car been TAC !!!!
