Mecum Tiger B382100111 ????

Auction lingo

Unrestored but had one re spray, like to see this one on a lift. If you are doing a restoration on one or if you want to keep things original send out your brake master to be sleeved before you need it notice the cast iron one here. There is a yellow top coil available from a Mustang vendor. I wonder if anyone has ever used a washer bottle pump or if a judging type would press the plunger if there was fluid in the bottle :) Looks the part with the original riveted glove box and basket weave on the furflex. Would like to see the car up mostly to view the LAT 2" exhaust. I have a system from an 80's vendor in the Bay area that I'd like to compare to it. Certainly a nice story being a garage find wonder if this was the one up in the Bay area a couple years back. Good luck to the seller as we are all following along as with the other red car :)

Why?

Why would somebody put a racing motor in a "unrestored" MkII? This just feels like a bad idea on a lot of fronts.

Any "old-timers" know who this is? If so it might answer the engine swap question.

I think it’s Ken who eloped with Barbie in a Tonka Winnebago Brave and went off grid somewhere in New Mexico. :D
