How hard is it to replace my roll up door windows? Mine work fine but the glass is scratched badly. Thanks:)

All Tiger glass was originally marked and coded so if you are concerned about originality you may want to investigate having your scratches polished out by a professional. I recently had scratched glass fixed this way - it cost me $200. New probably would have been cheaper.

Also there are guys selling new glass that will tell you how to etch in original type markings yourself if you want it to appear original.

Tiger Tales editor Mike Michels wrote a nice article about working on Tiger/Alpine windows. It was in the July/August 2010 edition of Tiger Tales. One of the benefits of being a C.A.T. member is that you have access to the CAT Members Section of the Forum. To read Mike's article, click on Tiger Tales Archive section of the CAT Members Section. When you open the July/August 2010 edition of the newsletter, you can find the article starting on page 8.

Good luck with your windows!
