Two customers have mounted them and have no complaints (limited road use). In support of Long Motors, I have to say that they have never failed to replace or refund for defective and/or " Not acceptable quality". It remains to be seen if some hard use will point out problems.
VB has the rotors back in stock, they are made in England. I picked two up today with new pad for $245.
Spent a couple of hours installing them. What a PITA to have to R&R the hubs, WTH was Rootes thinking?
Took it for a test drive and now have a high frequency shutter when brakeing bad enough to vibrate the wheel. Happens when lightly applying the brakes but seems to reduce greatly if I get on the brakes hard.
Either I did something wrong on the install or one of the new rotors is warped. Will take a look tomorrow.
Before you start chopping off valuable thickness: We have been to this parade more than a few times. I know it will eat up some time, BUT, rotate the rotors 90 deg. on the hub and re-mic them. And again to the 180 deg. bolt hole. Some brake shops have the neat little toy that will turn a rotor "on the hub" and correct the entire run that may just be compounding from a hub defect.
Vic Brit (Long Motors) has a firm quality claim. It helps us all if you notify them to a defect. A few years back, they had a compound mix defect with the A-arm bushings (as did Mustangs Unlimited). Thanks to the claims from faithful consumers, the compounds are darned good quality at present.

No dice.....still out of speck after rotating them. I had them turned and they had to take ~.030 off of both of them to get the warp out. I will be calling BV on Monday to let them know. They are still much thicker than the rotors I took off the car.
Any follow up on these rotors? I was reading something from 1999 about their rotors being thin in the area where it bolts to the hub. Some of them were breaking in autocross or track use. Not a problem for street only, but I may get back into open track events.
I want to replace my front rotors, cause they're quite thin. Any recommendations or thoughts would be appreciated.
Victoria British is still listing them. Also Dale shows a 10.5" (I think) Wilwood kit. Don't know if it works with 13" rims.
