Looks like Summit has a wide selection of Dana/Spicer driveshaft parts; if your local driveshaft shop can't source these parts directly you could get them from Summit. https://www.summitracing.com/search/part-type/flange-yokes?N=brand:dana-spicer-drivetrain-products

Many years ago I had to build a new driveshaft and I ended up getting a new transmission slip yoke from Modern Driveline in Idaho.

Well, Summit certainly has a selection of 1350's (male). I'm curious if their tech would measure the actual bolt pattern and U-joint cap dimensions & fastener method? Let us know if they hit the mark (no pun).

Here's one that may work... has all the measurements for reference it takes a 1310 universal () 1.062" ) which I think is correct

Many thanks for all the advice and suggestions. An original yoke flange has been sourced thru Bryan and is on the way from Cali.
