Grreat show venue at Liberty Station. Bonnie and I drove down, little over an hour, in her black Tiger.

The former Naval Training Center (NTC) is now shopping, offices, and the park in front of the HQ building. A grassy park with a few trees and of course a flagpole with Old Glory flying proud.

Nine Sunbeams including a 1953? Sunbeam Alpine with folding racing screens for Driver and Passenger. They also had helmets. They won Best in Show and deserved it.

Also 7 of the later Alpines (3) and Tigers (4). Fine warm clear weather made it perfect for hanging out with friends.

It's nice to recognize the efforts of a lot of good people who both put on the function and those who preserve the history . . . . . .
