2013 Calendar, Tiger content.

Grrrrrrate

All the rest of the months look like a pinup calendar with the same girl just made up and with different clothes on except the puurty red August car.

The only REAL one is the Tiger....maybe the December car but I would have to
see the CSX # and do some checking.....

Congrats on your entry in there--we need to do a Tiger one next year with 12 different colored cars.

Well done that man, and agree a Tiger calendar with perhaps different themes/colours/global owners sounds like a plan :)

Tiger Wannabes

I never have cared for Factory Five Cobras. They changed the shape of the rear fenders and just don't look right. I can pick them out a mile away.

Remember... a Cobra is just a rich man's Tiger.

I'm not so sure I would agree with that statement today !! I owned a Superformance Cobra for ten years until I found my Tiger and I have more
invested in the Tiger than I had in the Cobra. The change I like most these days is no one comes up to me and asks me what kind of kit I have:p

Having driven CSX critters in the mid-60's, I have an affection for the Tiger's moderate comfort level and healthy street performance. The newer Cobra kits can be strict adherance to the spartan rough rider butt & handling or subdued & tamed to a more soft donut appeal. The bride never liked the macho, stark CSX attitude, but was perfectly happy to put a little rubber down with her Tiger. It's only money . . . . . .

As much as I love Cobras I drove a 289 Cobra and had a hard time fitting in it--the Tiger is huge compared to the Cobra interior. I am not a big guy either---6' - 180 lbs.

One of the things I noticed Nick Acton offering (Acton Enterprises, no affil etc. ) is a more comfy seat frame for the current generation Cobra owner. I'm not a big framed guy either, 5-11", but my youthful combat weight was 155. Now if I could just get one of those roll around Olive Garden chairs into the office . . . . . .
