'66 CO Ebay Tiger

Is it just me.. or do the photos look like they didnt paint inside the engine bay? the inner arches are either dirty or thats old paint.

Its a nice car, some nice personal touches with the louvered bonnet (some less so). But wonder why they are selling a fresh restoration .. or are they just testing what looks like a bouyant Tiger market? The description is very lack luster.
 
Asked him for the color and VIN number.

Originally white and he said the TAC'd VIN number was on Hemmings.
