66' Paint/Interior Combos

My Tiger is black on tan, but it was not originally a black car and I'm not sure about the interior. I'm looking to replace the interior with what a black tiger would come with in 66". Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I had read black on dark red.

On the Alpine web site they list all the standard Alpine colour schemes. The black is: Embassy Black with Scarlet upholstry & Embassy Black seat piping. Scarlet carpets.

Steven, I appreciate the info and had read that specifically about the Alpine. Am I correct to infer from your post that the Tiger and Alpine shared the identical color combos in 66'?

You could also have black pebble grain, or if your car is a square door mk1/mk1a the red interior would have had red piping and GT style door cards with black top rolls.

So we have consenses, the black cars had scarlet trim. They may have had black upper door panels if a gt. So if the car is black, scarlet seat trim with scalet carpet would be stunning.
