Hi guys,
I'm in LA next week on business, will jump into my rental car at LAX late Sunday morning.
Anything Tiger happening, or any good car events in the greater LA area Sunday afternoon?
I like pretty much everything from rat rods to exotics, so I'm open to any suggestions.

Cheers,

Paul

If nothing else, you could take a chance and drive up mulholland Hwy (not mulholland drive) to "the snake" and just park and see what comes through. Lots of Ricky Roadracers and cruisers drive up there on a weekend. At least then you could mark "cruise Mulholland Highway" off the bucket list.

I used to go to the Pomona Swap Meet. Bought some great cars there, my 1964 Gto convertible and many more cars over the years. It is a very large for sale and swap meet. Just to walk through will take several hours. The meet has changed over the years but still may be fun. Lee

Last Day pre-reno at Petersen Auto Museum

Worth it...

It's free too. Will be busy.

Also, "a day late" for cars and coffee (early Sat am...) in Irvine. Need to be there early (<7), but that allows you to do other stuff after. how can your biz trip include Sat morning... come on... :p

If nothing Tiger specific...

Thanks for the great ideas guys!
I've been to the Petersen and loved it, don't know what it would be like on a free family day though...?
Pomona would be right up my alley, cars and parts, gearhead heaven! :)
I figure it will be noon by the time I get into the rental car, Pomona ends at 2:00, so after a one hour drive from LAX I'll have about an hour, do you think it's worth the drive?

Cheers,

Paul

Cheers,
