Is there a preferred provider for an exact reproduction of the OEM Tiger radiator. The PO of my Tiger installed a different radiator (unknown brand) and it makes the original overflow tank hookup unnecessary. Or maybe that’s a good thing? All comments welcome

I just gave away my last core. The side tanks were in good shape. BTW I also using the share button sent Forest39 AKA Kevin .
Hopefully he will chime back in with the manufacturer information on the core he said he had found a new supplier. Out on the West coast radiator guys have been closing up shop. For goodness sakes if anybody has a good core at least save the side tanks if you have to make space in the shed...
PS I believe some of those radiators made to exclude the expansion tank also were made to handle more pressure, especially if the intake and the fill is on the passenger side. I'm not quite sure on the mechanics of that it's just what an owner told me.

I would just like to remind folks that even if a radiator can handle more pressure, the rest of the car's entire cooling system probably cannot handle the higher pressure - especially the stock heater core. So please don't slap on a higher pressure radiator cap just because you put in a radiator that can handle the higher pressure.

Thanks everyone. I found a good OEM radiator at Gary Hansen's in Parker CO. He has lots of Tiger parts if you need something. His contact info is 303-910-4889.

Sorry for the late reply. I have not yet found a radiator shop to go with, but I do want to mention a tip I got from Terry Taylor. He suggested looking into a "dimpled tube" radiator core when looking for a suitable replacement. He reported good performance with one of these set ups. Once I get around to that part of the project, I will go this route too. Hope this helps!
