Seem a bit of a stretch calling a Series 1 V8 an 'Alger'

I think it looks pretty cool with that polished roof and nose down stance!! even has some MKII headlight rings

I thought it was funny how it implied the front discs are an addition , they might have used the tiger front cross member and got the slightly larger discs, but car had disc brakes originally.

Also funny how they ask "It’s not said if it retains the Series I Alpine’s semi-elliptic sprung rear suspension," as opposed to the tigers leaf spring rear? More interesting would be if it still has the early alpine lever arm shocks.

The craigslist ad says it has a Dana posi rear end.......Can't any Alpine with "Tiger" components be called an Alger?

Having the Dana rear doesn't tell us how they have set up the shocks in the back, winder if its been converted to telescopic or they have used the lever arms.
