BAT listing, 9473614

That one is gone according to your link--but there is an Alpine/Tiger clone, it's very cool--might go see it this week. This could be my "beater" project I want.
Derek--are you talking about the Rootes badges? As far as I know they are red from the get-go.......at least mine are.

The Tiger clone on e-bay now 02/09/2014 appears to be a beautiful car. I believe the owner will get $30,000 offered

I PMed the green Tiger clone on ebay--here is his response. Sounds like he only wants to show it to the 1 guy that will buy it....

Thanks for your interest
I am not opposed to that. My only concern is the sheer number of requests I have had, I really don't want to meet with folks to chat about the car unless they are potential buyers. Please understand that I have had MANY requests. Not sure how this will end up.
Your thoughts please

The red Tiger is the one I saw at Valenti's last summer--it was clean. The dealer said they had all the paperwork from the original owner from new, I didn't see it but he claimed it was there.

Green Clone

Owner says the car has a "ultra-rare Sunbeam/Rootes Dana 60 rear axle".

Can't say as I've ever seen a Sunbeam with one  ... but I do have a Dana 60 in my Max Wedge clone.

Mixing it up

Green clone on eBay guy offers the vin tag from the wrecked car, makes me want to call the cops. The green clone is well represented and is represented as such.

The red car Bruce has seen in person the tag metal looks thicker than it should the numbers are too straight and like it was hit hard with a sander but looks OK otherwise. Be nice fellas the worse thing it is being sold by a car dealer.
