Best time to obtain TAC Tiger Authentication Commitee Certificate

I am wondering what the general consensus is regarding the best time to have a car Tac,d . And if it makes much difference to have it inspected before final fit out ( ie just the body with no driveline and interior ) or after completion ? I guess what I am asking is there a huge advantage to having it inspected while its still apart , or if it makes little difference waiting till its on the road , rather than trailering it somewhere ?

Either way. Would make the inspection a little easier if the car is apart.

TAC'ing a bare tub is a breeze for the inspectors. Everything added to it makes their job more difficult.

It makes more sense to me to have it TAC'ed before spending lots of money. We frequently TAC Tiger tubs on trailers.

It might be helpful to explain how fragile the destructible sticker is. My buddy had to have his car redone after he disturbed things during its reassembly.
