One of the best things to get to learn about Tigers is a copy of the Rootes Shop Manual and the Parts Manuals. Folks sell CDs on eBay with them on it (among other things). For the parts, need the Alpine parts manual and the Tiger 260 and 289 Supplement. These have lots of diagrams showing many (but not all) of the various parts and can answer a lot of questions about what parts are used where on the Tigers.
