How about the soft box catches and latches on a MKI?

assume you are talking about the catches on the convertible top doors... latches AND catches are zinc. The locking lever on the console lock is as well. So is the door hardware (latch, release lever, window lift mech, and rear vertical window channel..) tho none of these are visible. Door limit parts too. Don't forget about under the hood. Things like the mounts for the heater valve and all of the hose clamps, both wire and flat band type. BTW, the flat band clamps are available from Clarke Spares and Restorations, tho the screw head is incorrect as it should be a slotted Fillister and not a slotted pan head. The tower type clamps are available from NPD

If any travel to the Rootes Archive in the UK and look at the finishes spec'd for fasteners and parts you may find things like those attached below.
