This thread is currently also on the Tiger Digest and it's purpose is to find out all available information on the original and replacement clutch forks for our Mk.I and Mk.II Tigers. The fork for the Mk.I is C3AZ-7515-A and unavailable new and are very rare as used. There is so much conflicting and confusing information between vendors and among owners that I'm trying to survey owners for information about their forks and related components. The preliminary results will be posted when a good sampling is obtained and a final post will hopefully show detailed infomation about original forks and alternate possibilities.
The information I'm looking for can be seen on the photo/drawing that is being attached but might not make it to the forum. You can request a copy of the photo/drawing by emailing me at johnp@ciseast.com. The photo/drawing is not an originalTiger fork but as close as I have at hand. Please respond to the above email address with just a text list of dimension ID and the measurement plus the "DI" dimension, SP dimension being the SPace between the end of the original fork and closest obstruction, Tiger model, and possibly a photo. If someone could send me some clear photos of an original fork (hopefully bead blasted, natural or light color) I will redo the photo/drawing.
In addition to the dimensions requested on the drawing, please include wether the Tiger is a Mk.I or Mk.II. Also include as measurement "DI" the diameter of gearbox spine cover that the throwout bearing slides on.. It should be 1.43" and can also be taken from the inside diameter of the throwout bearing. Include any markings or part numbers on the fork; a photo would also help. You might also include whether you have an original or modified setup. Any additional solid info would help.

I do not have any dimensions as it is in the car. Here is a side by side for you. I went with the newer fork due to the much thicker pivot bracket provided by my scattershield manufacturer. You can see the difference at the bottom of the picture.

I bent the end forward and use safety wire to keep the pushrod head in place.

Here is a video of testing the clutch actuation before engine install - http://youtu.be/-YjhqiqSt7U

I have had no issues with this fork.

More Ditto

Duke said it all. I have a couple of originals here at the shop. The 9-1/4" aftermarket works great as Duke installed it.
