Wanted dash idiot lights

Not to kill a sale but they are easy to remove the bezel and flip over and recolor. Mostly the red only requires a flip over.

Yes, but my chrome is pretty shoddy

Out of interest, how does one re-colour the lens

I've used the taggers 2 tool of choice a Sharpie. Got some with good chrome coloring required. It's fiddly to R and R the bezels. The buy em done sounds good. I sold some NOS ones for more than 80 but have also made em look NOS...

I rechromed my idiot light bezels. They are fairly easy to remove and in my case, I flipped the lens and that made them look new. Just be careful. It cost me $35 to rechrome the three bezels.

*fairly easy for those not impaired with hot fingers old age and needing glasses...
I don't remember but there's a thread and further discussion here it on SAOCA.

Warren the saoca thread link is missing.

Ive done the flip on the red.
A while back did an artcile in our local mad about cleaning up the warning lights

you can only flip the red lens and that requires the little tabs on the side of the lens to be trimmed off, or the chrome bit won't go back on!

Here are a couple of pics of the red light that I turned around. It was a pale cream before I did it. One picture shows the one side I filed the chrome surround off one side and carefully slid off the bezel It really is not noticeable.
