E-Bay air cleaners

There are a couple of chrome air cleaners for sale on E-Bay right now... one of them looks extremely nice.
I found an air cleaner on E-Bay U.K. a few years back that I think was listed to fit an Imp with a different carb setup... the top looks very 'Tigerish' ...

I wonder if these were the ones on sale on ebay UK about 2 years back, the works imps used these for the twin DCOE setup as there was minimal clearence on the side of the motor.. id guess they are the stock AC part that was then stamped on the base plate to fir the DCOE's

WOW! The first one of the chrome ones went for US881.51 !! ... and to me it looked like it could use re-chroming...
I wonder what Jeff's will fetch as it looks to be pretty much perfect !

As a side note the one listed in the USA included the "original" wingnut.. its my understanding they never used a wingnut from the factory, and period road test pics semm to confirm this (PARTS BOOK PROBABLY DOES TOO)

That said.. i keep thinking i should put one on .. makes life easier.
