Not wanting to pile on it seems like a little time and a English wheel would have well rounded the rockers out better. Some times a shop fixes things they have never seen before and the results are somewhat like a sculpture.
I think "Factory Sourced Panels," means good ones that fit. Brasil, Mexico, et al made factory sourced VW panels and that did not make them any good either.
