Not mine but this looks solid. And the original color is pulling at me.

Looking under the car, is it me or the accordian looking......what is that?

is it my eyes? Does my car have that?

Look at the license plate frame..........we are everywhere.............oh.....the car is in SoCal......oooops

They all have an "accordian". Look under the car just to the rear of the front wheels.

Interesting, not TAC'd or identified in detail in TBON but color looks like 100 Mediterranean Blue.

I have been wondering about that since I bought my car. Thought it might have been in a wreck. I guess it's the way they forged the panel. Sure looks weird...

Take a sheet of paper and a brick. No way the paper will support the brick. Now, take the same sheet of paper and make accordian folds- small folds back and forth- and stand the paper on it's edge. It will now support a brick!

I've actually done this experiment. I was using a small brick, not a cinder block! The point? The 'accordian' stamping would bring some stiffness in the desired direction.
