Gee, I come back after a few days and you admins always close the good threads and discussions. As a great consultant I hired years ago always said:
"let people talk enough and they ALWAYS spill the beans".

Threads get locked, Yes

For a number of reasons:

The thread starts getting off topic.

The thread goes on and after fully answering the original question.

Occasionally they get "testy".

And.. PS, If there is something important to add? PM is available so anyone can get the last word off their chest.
