Hardtop Quarterlite and Seal Assembly

OK, I give...

Asked a couple on here for various pictures, due to not having JUSssst the right picture to solve some riddles. Also doesn't help that most HT are black and I'm looking for details of black rubber fittings...um, unless theres a CLOSE-up, you can't see it.

I took the HT apart before media blasting, and even have some decent pictures on my site... and yet, not what i need, of course. For all the searches through here, the CAT shop notes, the workshop manual, other sites, BAT, FB and more googling, I can't figure out:

1) Rubber seal orientation for Quarterlite
Fat part to exterior? (With little lip exterior at bottom)
2) How does the B pillar trim attach? I have the original aluminium (sic) trim and wiper rubber piece and screws, yet... the pillar just has hole, it aint threaded(?)
3) The window hinge attaches exactly how? Far tinier holes on hinge and they don't screw into the metal B pillar itself, nor do i think they'd screw into the rubber seal? Is it somehow held there by sandwich with the above trim piece?
4) Furflex, for that matter, the headliner holding piece above the window is also... odd. I need to find the OG piece(s), but this new one doesn't seem to have a clearly discernible recess with which to press on the pinch weld (and then rivet).
5) The rubber piece at the top of the window also seems to orient strongly. Best I can see with magnifier on Manual is the open part of the "C" lip orients to exterior, which also seems weird in appearance, but better for keeping water out.

Here's a few pics that may help, I re-rubbered mine last month. I'm a noob and not an expert, so beware of my "insight."

1. Pic of right side looking back. Flat vertical side on inside.


2. Trim and pillar has hole, hinge has thread (10-32 ?). Right side:


3. Three holes in hinge should be threaded.

4. Yeah, that furflex from SS didn't look much like the original on mine. I couldn't figure it out either, and decided to leave the old as is for now until I find a more correct one.

5. I think the "C" opening faces down with long leg to the inside. Here's mine, which works okay when closing door with window up. But when rolling window up with door closed, the inside leg tends to catch the top of the window in a few places. Annoying, but don't use windows much.
