More Tiger exhaust, cylinders 1 and 2 pretty much done. Had to bring out the hammer for cylinder 1's tube just to make it clear a bit more. All in a days work. The 1 and 2 tubes are so close that it's not possible to wrap it all the way or the thickness of the wrap would not allow fitment.

Then in looking at how the brake line is routed, had about 1/2" from the exposed tube. Wrapping will help but pretty sure I don't want to have my brake system diminished from boiling out the fluid, so will need to re-route that line and put in a new section of tubing that is not anywhere close to the heat. Spent a lot of time doing braking systems for the car, and this is one that was part of the delivered front end. Oh well, 10 feet forward 5 feet back as they say!

Took some time do replace the motor mount lock nut with one that will not be melted by the heat.

Lastly added a 'plug' for the open hole for the cross member mounting tubes that come up though the top of the frame. A quick tap and a stainless set screw/stud will fill the hole. Might actually be a good thing to stiffen up the mess.

Beautiful job with the headers and wrapping. I’m always surprised how many feet of wrap it takes.

Yep, had to order extra rolls. The 1" looks nice but takes a lot of wrap. It's 'exhausting ' to wrap the tubes, pulling it tight and keeping it tight as you wrap. Only 2 more to do...
