How about a permanent picture thread?

Sometimes when I am on here I would like to see members cars or just look at Tigers for ideas. I know we can post pics in our personal albums but it's not as much fun when you have to do a lot of digging to find a certain member. What if we started a thread that would always be on top of one of the forums and it was only for posting a good pic or two of your car. No comments or "can you post a pic of your wheels" type of thing but just a nice pic of each members car. or is there a way to make a page that has cars and our user name pasted to the page, in rows and columns? Just a thought, thanks.......
 
A agllery section would be better.. similar to the SAOCA site.. that said.. we have albums in our profiles where we can post images and others can view them.

There is a link at the top of the page called 'community' with a 'drop down' box which has links to the members list and also 'Pictures & albums' among other things... When you click on the 'picture & albums' it will only show you recently uploaded albums... plus your own if you have any ( I have 11 albums ) but it would be nice to see who's got pics without having to open each individual profile to check...
On the members list pages it presently only shows the members username , how many posts they have and a pic of their avatar...
I wonder if a 4th column could be added that would show up if any particular member has 'public' albums ?? You could then scroll easily through the member's list and check out the albums that show there...

just a thought
