Looking for hinge screw ground switch for courtesy lights ?

Does anyone know a supplier selling the simple ground switch that replaces a door hinge screw to opperate the mirror couresty light?
 
I wish I knew about that supplier before I fabricated my own switches a while back. Oh well, all part of the adventure. It is a neat option to add, in my opinion.

I modified a couple of TR 7 contacts to accomplish the same thing.
