lower dash crash pad color

I have a question for the Tiger concours gods.... On Tigers with interior colors other than black, the dash pad, door top pads (GT interiors), rear waist roll and top boot cover are always black... my question is would the lower crash pad (bottom of the dash) be black as well, or would it be the dominant interior color? The factory parts lists show different colors for the casings (door panels, kick panels and such) but it does not list colors for the lower crash pad....
 
The lower roll is always black along with the dash and GT doortop rolls
It's a consistency of design.the kick panels and B post trims etc are all below belt line.
