I can just imagine the thought process a previous owner of this car went through while mounting those hood pins:
"Dang! Those useless pesky plates on the cowl are in the way! I'll just pry them off so I can do some welding here, they don't make it go faster anyway!"
No it's real English for those who speak some.
I know you can figure out boot and that a hood is not a hood but a bonnet. It's your colonial English that's broken I was informed when my UK buddy said the box number looks to point to the car being #126.
Do I need to say B382100126?
Now where did I see that UK English to US English translation page hmmm..
Well now, having just completed another bureaucratic gauntlet, with both the Serial number and production number removed, what do you suppose the DMV title game is going to be like? Just sayin'
The car is supposed to be in McKinney, TX. I live in McKinney and I contacted the seller (Daniel) to see if he knows the VIN number and he says he does from the title. When I asked him if I could come and look at the car all communication stopped. So I sent him another request to come see the car and still have not had a response. He has good feedback but I wonder why he doesn't want me to see this car? Buyer beware!
Hello All I own this car and with the help of a kind Tiger enthusiast we have found all other numbers associated with this car, included Jal tag numbers, engine number, confirmed VIN corresponds with the Gearbox number as well. I have been in contact with RIX260 above
