need partial trunk floor

Hi all, I bought a mk1a a while ago and the previous owner welded 6" x 6" steel plates on the top face of the truck floor above the exhaust hangers.

It is poor quality welding and a lot of it so the easiest solution would be to just cut these areas out and weld in trunk sheet metal.

If anyone out there has any trunk material let me know.

I'm an optimist so I'll add that I also need a partial transmission tunnel.

The flared part over the bellhousing is still there, I need the U shaped section that has the shifter hole.

Call Doug Jennings @ 937-252-3317. I'm sure he has parts you need but call this week before it all goes in the dumpster. One of my cars is parked outside and the last time I looked the trunk floor was good. If he doesn't answer leave a message and he'll call you back.

thanks, I didn't want to bug him for such a small thing but I'll check with him monday
