I am sure these are easy to I.D. but I am at a loss as to where they go or what they do.....

#1 hole pattern

Looks very similar to that behind the blower motor...or wiper motor. .?

And concur with duke on #3.

No ideas on middle.
 
#1 is heater blower mount ,. #2 looks like part of the soft top mech . #3 what duke said
 
Thanks guys--I have been racking my brain out trying to figure out what they are, I will label them and have them ready for the next Tiger guys request... :)
Duke--#2 is all metal, the white is overspray from when the car was painted as they match the pearl white on the headlight rings, vent grilles and windshield frame.
