Quality sill supplier?

I have had my tiger for sometime, 17 years, and its time to make it better. It had the sills repaired sometime in the 80s and it was not done well, braised on panels and body filler. I want to do it right and replace the full sills on both sides, and fix the other issues that they hide.... I know, this could be a big project, always ends up that way with me, but thats fine, Im ready.

What I do want is the right parts. The sills I have been finding are the straight kind with no other bends. I know the original sills have a little bow in the middle. There use to be a "hobby supplier" section on this forum that had a UK supplier that had pictures of just what I was looking for? Can't find it.

Who makes good sills? Anyone in the US?

Sills and beyond

When we don't have time to make them, I grab sills from Jeff H. Quality workmanship seamed & bent correctly.
As an FYI: We most often find weakness at the bottoms of the A - B posts behind the sills. Be prepared to deal with these critical structure areas. As always, make certain that the door gaps are held and checked constantly during welding.
 
Jeff Haworth in the UK is probably who you are thibking of. He offered a series of correct profile repair panels for sunbeams.

Stateside ask the advice of some of the resto guys: Randy Willet, Dale A, Steve Alcala, Paul Reintz or Chris Richards ... They might be able to give you good reference.

If you are doing the sills take measurements of your body, remove the doors and then brace across the opening with tube to hold the car at the correct dimensions so that the body is correct when sills are out and you dont end up welding the new panels in with the car sagging
