May as well say it first. No - zip - zero Sunbeams in this Beach Car Show.

It is after all June gloom time of year on the California coast.

Sunday June 9th on Avenida Del Mar hundreds of classic and not so classic cars came to park for 7 hours or so. The variety and quality was amazing and the clouds of people come to walk around extraordinary.

Everyone was "beach" laid back and friendly.

I had to park a half mile away and hoof it to the show.

Pictures? yes! I could not have taken pictures of all of them but here are a few of the ones I found interesting and or particularly beautiful.

More San Clemente

This is a "Woody" neighborhood with the S. C. Pier a 1/4 mile down the street and "Trestles" maybe a mile south? I counted 15 woody's including a Morris Minor panel truck.

The Fiat 600? Restoration just finished for the show. Seating for 6 with the option of only 2 with a flat floor after folding the seats down. And.. the power? Not so much. Different strokes for different folks. Go figure owner Hal's other hobby car is a Cobra.

Great pics. Hopefully when I retire I can make more out of town shows, hate when work gets in the way. :)
