I heard that the snowball rally was starting in Sacramento so I set out this am to go see the gathering. I would guess 75 cars were there, great group of vintage iron. Today they were taking the backroads to North Lake Tahoe, spend the night and tomorrow head north and swing back around to Sacto, about 250 miles total I would say. Here are a few pics, looks like a fun event, might have to check it out next year.

SNOWBALL RALLY

COME TO THE MIDWEST LAST WEEK, COLORADO KANSAS IOWA,MINNESOTA, DAKOTAS FOR REAL BLIZZARD SNOW STORMS IN APRIL. NO SHORTS ALLOWED.

Yes--they are Alfa wheels. He told me what car they came off of, I can call him this week if you like and ask him. That car is George Fallehy's old car, he was the one who collected a lot of the info that turned into the Tiger registry.

Wheels

Those wheels are Cromodoros from an Alfa, I think the GTV, I'm hoping to find some original Cromodoro center caps so I can lose the Alfa ones. The Snow Ball was a blast, the car wasnt as happy above the 6000 foot elevation but drove very well at the lower elevations. I may need to consider fuel injection if I do this rally next year.

Good to hear you had fun, guess I can't say the same for the car. Might be cheaper to re-jet the carb for the rally next year, would be cheaper. My car came from the Tahoe area and it ran fine there with a little carb work. Hope to see you and the car soon.
