sound proofing

I want to sound proof the doors on my Tiger Because of limited access I want to use a spray on sound deadener, has anyone used this type of product and what do you suggest? Thanks

I have used 3M rubberized undercoating and love the results.

I use Dynamat. It's expensive but easy to use, clean, mess free. The superlite is good stuff.
