STOC UK recently published a Tiger 50 book where subscribers could put together a page with photos and description of their car. The resultant book is impressive. Between the covers are pages covering factory prototypes, competition and owner restoration projects. STOC may have a few extra copies to sell to interested Tiger enthusiasts

Grrreat

The author was once spoke of to me as the U.K counterpart of the Tiger registry. Great guy, always there at the drop of a football when called upon, "not the pointy kind," with good words and deeds.
Having kept up on the U.K. Tiger site threads it was nice to see the project get along. I had a chance to thumb thru the book in Monterey and it's very nice.

Many thanks for your reference Warren; Crystal Palace continues to test my nerve this soccer season.;)

Copies of 'The Tiger50 Book' are available - info here http://sunbeamtiger.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1427&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15

If there is any US interest in The Book it would be cheaper to put a handful into box to save on postage, as it is pretty heavy (170 pages) and comes in a hard card slip.

P.S. There are 17 pages devoted to US and Canadian machines.

I would be interested in a book if we can get a small group together to ship them at one time......

I emailed Mr. Vickery just prior to your forum post as his number of forum posts may indicate he doesn't check here often. I suggested as you and he did to gather a number of us that are interested and ship them together but no responce from my email as yet. I don't see any info anywhere on the sunbeamtiger.co.uk website in regards to placing an order. He says they are still available but are they?

They are

The UK site is drifting to the dark side I mean Facebook. Not sure why. I have Grahams personal email I would not post it here but will send it on to you.

Oh or you can click on his CAT club name and select P.M. or email him and our site will fwd on your P.M. or email. I know they are all back safe from Europe as well.

I got a reply and they are looking into getting books our way. I think they could just use a little time getting things together.

I got mine as well as a group of Aussies. We arraigned a bulk shipment to one point and then on shipped to everyone.
I think the book is brilliant.
