UNITED 39 Hotel Registration Is Now Open!!!

Book Your Room ASAP As They Will Go Fast!!

There are several ways to make your reservations.

The simplest way to book your room and obtain the latest information on United 39 is to go to:

Then click on the ORANGE box that states ‘ Make Hotel Reservations Here’


Then click on the hyper link that says ‘Use this direct link’ which will take you directly to the Hotel’s website. Read the Notes 1 and 2 below which will help make your booking go smoothly.

Note 1: When you hit the hyper link it will take you to the Holiday Inn and dates will be automatically filled in. Change the dates to what you want and the bed type and number of adults, and then hit the GREEN box titled ‘SEARCH’. You’ll see your selected dates on the page that comes up. Then hit the GREEN box beside the bed type and follow the steps from there. If you hit the GREEN box beside the bed type first, before hitting ‘SEARCH’, the dates will revert back to the Holiday Inn default dates.


Note 2: You will see the King room is now priced at $10 Cdn more. This is because the original King room is now sold out, so the Hotel agreed to provide some upgraded King rooms with a fold out couch at a special rate. Both rates include breakfast.

For those of you that want to make an extended holiday of it, the hotel will also honour the same rate for 3 days before and 3 days after September 15th to 18th.

After twenty years, we return to Canada for our United. This is going to be a fantastic event. Get your hotel room now and look for more information about registration in the coming months. Jim Lindner, President TEAE
 
Less than two weeks and almost all of the rooms in the reserved block are booked. We're trying to increase the room numbers, but no guarantees, so book it now if you want to stay at the host hotel...... At this rate we are starting to think we may hit triple digits in Sunbeam and other Rootes cars at our concours at British Car Day. Bigger turnout than SUNI? Maybe....

September 15-18, 2022

Our event in Oakville will be held the in conjunction with British Car Day, the largest one-day, all-British car event in North America. It’s going to be a great event and you won’t want to miss it!

We’re asking for input from all potential participants to aid our planning activities.

Attendance is expected from all over North America. The organizers for British Car Day are anticipating the largest group of British cars ever, and that is saying a lot as they have hit over 1200 cars and 9,000 visitors in the past. They have reserved spaces for 100 Sunbeam and Rootes cars and we intend to fill them all! Don't miss this event! The host hotel is nearly full.... https://www.teae.org/united-39-ontario-canada/
 
What a great event! It was nice to be North of the border again too -thanks to Ron and crew for a wonderful United.
