Thanks so much for the loaner. I had one back in 1995 and sold it after I wrecked my Alger. Got $200 for it and thought I had made out. Will study the first half and take some notes.

What is the normal loan period for the book?

im a CAT member.. but i gather the book is not on the postage list for me.. and assume certainly not unless insured... though i do note the last copy on ebay failed to draw a bid at $800 .. GFC part 02.. or everyone who wanted one got one?
