There is a fellow in Florida that is trying to join C.A.T. But, there is a question
that requires an answer in order to join up. I can't figure out the answer nor can he. Could someone be so kind as to send me a note as to the "secret answer" to the question of the name of the family that owned the Sunbeam marque.

Sunbeam was one of a group of car makes owned by this family...

The family tree is counting on these to uphold the different branches...

Fir the life of me I can’t remember the name of that “Root Beer Stand” that we went to as kids in CA. Can anybody help.

Tanks...

One would think after twenty plus years of Tigers and Alpines I would remember these things.
Actually pops owned a Hillman Minx convertible in the mid sixties soooo, it's been a tad bit longer . Thanks all and I will pass it on to the Mr.
PS, I loved the hints

Isn't always that the answer is the issue

FWIW (for what its worth)...

I had trouble with entering this answer as well of the CAT membership payment. Even sent a whiny note to WG. I knew the answer. But, apparently, the browser function may also play a role. Once swapping to another newer browser, the same entry enabled me to pass the quiz. Just saying, if they had the correct answer but still no joy... try Chrome, Firefox or other newer browser.

Hello and thanks to Mike (Cal44) for pointing me to the forum . I thru every answer at it I could think of and found I misspelled the answer. I will post a introduction on another post soon. I'm currently waiting for my recent purchase of a 1965 Mk1A which I will include description in that post. Look forward to learning more about these special cars. Thanks David

Darn Challenges

Never could pass a quizzzzzzz. Low cerebral talents due to a line drive baseball at the age of 11. Didn't need that frontal lobe anyway.
