Attached is a photo of my passenger side floor. What are the two holes in front of the metal foot rest bracket for. Or perhaps, they were drilled by a previous owner.

They are there on all of them! possibly mounts for RHD gas pedal??

there were plugged with little rubber bungs originally. same as the ones in the trunk on the LH side of the bulkhead that would have been for the tool roll strap in an Alpine
