What brand of undercoating should I use over the body color paint for the frame and wheel wells?

I use a product made by Dominion Sure Seal Ltd. It's a ready to spray 28.1 oz can. you have to buy the applicator which just screws on top of the can. sprayed at about 50-60 psi it will produce the same textured finish as original and can be applied in several coats to get your desired thickness. Code number on the can is 1004. UPC 76176 10040. You really should wear a fresh air respirator when applying this product!! it is a hardening black undercoat that can be top coated after about an hour. it will not bleed through the color coat. clean up with wax and grease remover or prepsol for best results. I've used this for years and never had any problem.

may not be legal for sale in Ca....

Thanks. I appreciate your response. I use your blue car you did on BAT as the gold standard of Tiger restoration.

I have been thinking about asking my pal in Arizona to fetch me some Calunicornia contraband , paint and varnish...
