I'm new to the forum and trying to get an estimated value of a 67 Tiger with a 260 in it.The body is rust free and the motor runs good. However the clutch is stuck and needs all the brakes reworked from sitting. It does have a hardtop also.It has an older paint job on it from 1992.Interior is decent but would need new carpeting and door panels . It has been stored the last 10 years. any ideas?

Values ??

Owners and enthusiasts determine their own values, as in what it's worth to them as custodians of history. Being a mongrel to begin with, Tigers are notorious wallet hungry critters. Photos will help us comment on your prize. General condition, serial number matching, TAC, etc. are all factors in long-distance guestimating. Enjoy the mania

260?????????

260?????????
Many jurisdictions don't use the manufacturer's model year but the date a new vehicle was first sold as the registration year.

MK1As were still being completed by Jensen in December of 1966. By the time these made it to US dealers and were sold, it was 1967.

We've seen many Mk1As registered at 1967 vehicles. I think Oneoffive was trying to avoid making an incorrect assumption in an earlier post in this thread when he suggested that a VIN number would be helpful. He's quite correct.
