Went to WFB today and saw this ad as soon as I walked in--went to 2 banks today trying to get one---so far they all say NO. sheesh.......

Must be nice

To have a hobby room plastered with roll bars, steering wheels, and ad copy on the wall. You could drive your car up close to the entrance then axe the mgr when they are tired of the display can you please call? Then you can give it to Derek who can photoshop your head on the poster:)

Oh and remove that mirror,too.
 
I'm going back today to ask someone I know. One is approx. 2'x3' and is a rear shot of the car driving away, this one is approx. 2'x2'. You might see me on the news....."bank heist---no cash just ads stolen". haha
 
WFB Poster

I went into WFB today and saw the picture, asked the manager if I could have it when they were through with it. She went into the back room and gave me an extra they had. Yea! It's the car driving away, not sure exactly which model it is, anyone know?

Looks like a series IV or V to me.

I would go with a Series V. I think the interior review mirror is the larger, later style. Like the difference between a Mark ! and a Mark 1A tiger mirror.

Its a turquoise SV.. same car that was used in several stock photo shoots and has now been used in 17 different ad campaigns in the last 3 years by my count... car lives in Australia now and is owned by a friend of mine. They generally photoshop out the sunbeam and alpine badges on it .. its just a generic "cute" old car
