Hello

I was wondering if there was anyone in the group from PA. I am looking for Tiger but would like to see one up close as it has been awhile. I am 6’1” and wonder if It would be a good fit...

Thanks. Mike

The biggest

Guy I have ever seen who said he drove a Clone and is building a S2000 Alpine with a Miata rear end 6' 1'' seems small next to his 6' 6'' plus that he carries. I asked him to come on board as a forum member. I wish I'd of p ulled my car cover and said let's see how you fit in my car. I'm talking line backer big even though my wife corrects me on throwball ;) Pitt40 is in Pennsylvanian in Pittsburgh, I spy 11 in the roster another another reason to join the community here ..

Thank you Warren.. I just PM'd Pitt40...

Mike, 6'1 in a Tiger is OK but your right knee can get a bit stiff on a long freeway run. You need to adjust the accelerator pedal down a bit and extend the steering wheel out to give your knees room. Or... Go rhd so the tunnel doesnt get in the way of the throttle :)

I am 6’5” and 250 lbs. is a Tiger a bit tight, yes but not unreasonably so. The telescoping steering wheel allows you to pull the wheel away from your knees. Yes your right leg can get tired, but it will get tired on any old car. I would not want to drive more than a few hours without a break, but otherwise i find it fits.

Many of the Tiger faithful will be gathered next Sunday 6/4 at the Original British car Day in Adamstown, Md...3 hours from Pittsburg.

Consider joining Tigers East/Alpines East. Our annual gathering is on Long Island this year. We just had our annual BASH if Harrisburg last weekend.

My son, 6'5 drives my sunbeam to outings and his only comment is "Dad never sellit"

I'm 6"4', 200lbs., I fit comfortably in my Tiger, you'll have no issues at 6"1' unless you're overweight....But big guys fit
