Does anybody have any information about our former webmaster Duke Samouce?

I'd love to get in contact with him. (I believe his retirement from the Army should be completed by now so he should be back in the US but I don't have any idea where.)

Sold car

Alabama we know and promotion, but I heard a viscous rumors he bought a Jaguar ;)
Not that I would not love owning one if I didn't have to work on it. I'm somewhat bothered by it too. When the next guy asks me for my stock parts for a display motor...

Per FB Col. Duke is still in Korea in the Army but retiring Jun 1. You can PM him on FB. He has a Shelby Mustang in storage but seems to be a pushbike fanatic in Korea.

Thanks to all

Thanks to all who have helped me locate him.

We've exchanged emails and he does seem to be far, far away.

Hello All!

Thanks Buck for getting me back on the Forum.

Yes, I sold the Tiger. My wife and I broke up three years ago January. She got 1/2 the assets and 1/2 the debt. Tiger had to go as she wanted 1/2 its value. My Tiger, and display engine, went to Steve Myers of Skunk River Restorations. He and his father are huge Tiger fans so it is in very good hands. I promised them years ago I would give them first crack at the car if I sold.

I did get promoted to Colonel over three years ago now. I will retire at 30 years of service in June. I am working towards a position at NASA as I want to be on the team that gets astronauts to the moon in 2024. I may be on a Fellowship with NASA in Jan for three months. If not NASA than some other organization as the Fellowship is approved by the Army. I had a fun Army sponsored trip to Afghanistan 2016/2017. Army turned right around and sent me to Korea.

My wheels (in storage) now is a 2018 Shelby GT350. 526HP and 8250 rpm redline is nothing short of magic.

Good to hear

No Jag bummer darn those around the scuttlebutt :) Good luck hope the NASA gig gets you in a good climate.
There's plenty of Tigers out there probably not as many as nice as your car was but 3 years ago prices were better I'd say.

Duke Update

Hey guys,

I am now retired and living in Orlando. I work for a simulation software company that has contracts with the US military and many others.

I am engaged to a amazing woman and I hope she joins me soon as she is still in Korea.

I sold the GT350 and now drive a 2020 Aston Martin Vantage. 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and a top end of 195 mph. Powered by a twin turbo V8. Yea.....it’s fast.
