I'm not informed on how anyone profits from this stuff, but this scam is back on eBay. When last heard from, the car is still in inventory and being offered by:

When we go visit relatives in Wisc we go there, they have some nice cars and antiques. Too bad about this car, I wonder if they know the history?

Not sure you have got the gist... The car is for sale there.. car is all ok, not issues, no "history".

The issue is that this was on ebay a couple of years back and scamers have lifted the pictures and keep using the photos of the car for fraud auctions.
 
You could actually see part of the Valenti signage reflecting in the last photo of the boot lid.
It didn't last too long as it's now been removed, maybe someone got onto them [ hopefully ].
 
eBay fraud report

I went into my eBay account and reported it as a fraudulent posting after I saw the first note here.
Not sure if that had an effect or not. :confused:
