My neighbor with the Tiger in the drive way for 7 years finally got ratted out to the city code enforcement unit. Now the car is registered and insured and has not even been running for 25 plus years. As crazy as it seems he was given the car on condition he restore it. Having a E type Jag conv and other Brit cars he is too deep in them, and now the friend P.O. wants it back.

You can never tell what baggage weighs a project down making it immovable.
