'NEW" Tiger air cleaner on e-Bay

Mal, Not sure they would be thinner or lighter.. you are routing a flat peice of metal.. so have to keep it stiff enough for strength. pressing them is probably the only way to get them thin and light but stiff enough.

The raised areas are polished but unpainted, you can color as desired.

I like the ribs but would be nice if the lettering matched the valve overs like the cast ones do
 
Air Cleaner

I just got this picture from my CNC guy. What do you guys think???
I have not fit it to the car yet but it should work fine. It uses a stock K&N E3515 filter
