No, I have never owned a light blue Tiger, although my first Tiger a green Mk lA that I sold to Steve Pellegrin was later painted Med Blue. I now have four Tigers. My longest owned (1977) car is my white (was Moonstone) Mk l (#1410) with red interior, a personalized car and former Lord Rootes winner. The next is my red Mk ll (#117) that I also bought in 1977. It, too, has won L.R. I have sold that car two times and luckily have had it back this time since 2005. While that car was gone, I bought a pretty stock green Mk ll (#345) in 2001. It patiently awaits a high quality restoration but is presentable, mostly, as is. The latest aquisition is another Mk lA (#2696) in Commodore Blue withg Azure Blue interior, a VERY rare, very late stock Mk lA, built 17 days before my red Mk ll. I bought this car this winter after selling a yellow Mk lA(#2515) also a Commodore Blue Code car that I had since 2008.
Just the other day, I was trying to recall the name of the fellow from Salem that owned a Med Blue Tiger AND a small block Cobra (YEARS ago) Rod Laver, maybe? I thougght I also recognized your name, Paul. Also Hello, Bob H!!
