The Austin Healey 3000 uses the same mirror, but they dont seem to have the some plastic insert that gives the mirror the raises edge.Jemca is the manufacturer. Once in a Blue moon they show up on eBay UK. Maybe one of the UK hoarders has one.
That would be the MK3 version of the Austin Healey 3000 AFTER CH # 26705. But the back is wrinkle finish paint and not plastic, like the Mk1A. My understanding on the earlier Mk1 mirror is that there are/were 2 versions. Early cars had flat glass and later MK1's had convex glass. The Austin Healey 3000 uses the same mirror, but they dont seem to have the some plastic insert that gives the mirror the raises edge.
I have some of the tubular rivets! The ones that were metal were on the earlier Rootes cars Super Snipe. I saw one in a pile at an estate sale .
How about a source for the funky rivets that hold the ball of the pot metal clamp to the mirror base. The plastic has a faux leather pattern too.
SS had a late mirror with the day night flip function.
